To create and save customized sizes for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, follow the procedures in the next two paragraphs. To alter the size of a Word document, first locate it and start it. To create and save custom paper sizes for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, follow the procedures in the following two paragraphs. In Microsoft Word, select custom paper size and enter a positive number for the inches you want the font to be. In Microsoft Excel, on the Format toolbar, then select Page Layout and then pick custom column widths, according to the setting of your monitor’s size. In Adobe InDesign, choose custom axis dimensions at the Data pane, then choose a positive number for the inches that you want the font to be.

To change the font and other features of your design, go to the Customization Options page, and also on the Personalize page, click on the little arrow near the term Font. Then, type a name for the font you need to use in the Character Options dialogue box, and click ok. You can alter the other features of your design, and they will be upgraded in the Style Guide. To change the preferences of your design, go to the Layout options, and on the Personalize page, click Properties. Type six characters into the’padding’ text box, along with the remaining spaces will be full of custom typefaces.
